What engine does this headgasket fit?

Just for fun, what HUDSON engine uses this headgasket? The smaller one is for a Hudson 8

    I would assume it would have to be an Hudson Invader engine. It does make the 8 gasket look small.

    Aaron had it right, It is for the Hudson Invader 168 engine. I just thought it was amusing the way it dwarfed the Hudson 8 gasket..RD

    Me too, I've never seen one either. That would explain why no one has ever tried to put one in a Hornet.

    Only one I've seen is at Miller's place in Ypsilanti. Beast is awesome.

    Fellow brought one to, I think it was the first Wichita National. Fired that thing up and you could hear it 40 miles away. Definitely NOT stealth technology. I think it was the one in the picture on this post.

    Wasnt that Dale Matlock that had that one at the Nat? I thought the one in the picture was the same one also..
    Anyone know if Dale is still with us? I dont see him in the roster any where.

    I'm not sure where I took the photo I posted, but it was probably Wichita. The photo exaggerates the size of this baby...after all, the head gasket is only about 1/4 longer than the one for the Hudson 8. However, it had enough torque and strong enough internals to drive a Corvette-class boat at speed...

    The only others I've seen were at Hedley Bennett's place in London, Ontario. I think he has a couple...

    I seem to remember that Dale Matlock's running example was lost in a fire.:dry:
