Click on Reply (don't know if "Quick reply" will work or not, but Reply does)
Click on Add File at the bottom
This should take you to your files- you want to get to the file where your pictures are stored (usually under My Pictures)
Find the pic you want, left click on it once
    Click Open at the bottom
This should take you back to your Hudson reply.
Click Insert at the bottom, and the address of the pic will show up in your message. Then go back to your message to put text before

    or after your picture.
For multiple pictures, repeat the process.
And remember not to get too impatient after you click Submit, to submit your reply- it takes awhile to send it, especially if you have several pictures.

I find that I can not post photos any longer using my old "XP Pro" OS machine but no probs if I use my wife's VISTA OS machine. It may be the different operating system or may be the newer, more powerful processor!!!

Eureka, it did! Incidentally, if anyone wants one of these radiator caps, which fit the neck of all '27-'27 Essex and Hudson, I have the mold to get them made.

That should have read '27-'29 models. I also have the molds to make window winders, '29 vent levers, rose pattern radiator caps, and robe rail brackets.

One of the two features (or lack thereof) of this forum program that I dislike, is the lack of any sort of instruction in how to use it. It is apparently assumed that anyone using an on-line Forum comes with a native ability to know every bell and whistle.

The other galling non-feature is the ability to get lost while navigating from forum to forum. There is no clear "map" of where you are, in relationship to other forums or sub-forums. What is needed is one of those maps you see in a mall, with a little red "you are here" dot. Then, you could move easily back and forth between the various Hudson forums and the Ford, Chevy, Nash, etc. forums out in the "lobby".

That said, I am deeply grateful to Classiccar, for making this available to us Hudson enthusiasts. I realize they didn't design this forum format, it is probably purchased as a package from some software development company. You can change the style of the windows or the paint on the siding or interior walls, but the basement and the basic plumbing come "standard."

Okay except we are looking at your Hudson-Essex garage. As I recall back a few pages ago, you wanted to identify some hubcaps.

Not me, just trying to show that my XP machine posts photos OK.

2manyprojects started this thread so we need to see how he now gets on posting his photos.
