Thought you might like to hear of a good experience with K-Gap. I ordered parts on-line on the evening of Thursday April 5th. The parts arrived in the mail on Monday April 9, 2012. I couldn't have been more pleased with the speed of delivery.

    I've heard more recently that people have had better luck utilizing e-mail, rather than the phone.
  • Dealing with a business shouldn't need to involve luck.

    They don't email me. I sincerely think K-Gap has ripped me off for like $400 of stepdown parts.

    KCap came through again!! Ordered on Monday and received on Thursday. They are great to deal with. Never had any problems with their service. Thanks KCap :bz

  • Hey: I sent an e-mail from the website yesterday and guess what came back: NOTHING.!

    If someone can tell me the secret telephone number I would appreciate it. The one listed on the website is "temporarily disconnected". I think I know what that means.

    Are you using the correct email? All replies back to me have been almost immediate, and helpful. I notice too that Kaylene sends them from her blackberry so thats why.

    I have been trying to contact these people for 10 months now using the contact information on their website with absolutely no sucess. I finally got through to an answering machine with the telephone, but no one has called me back. The way this company has treated me is totally disrepectful.
