The 51 CV never met the reserve so it didn't sell. And i think were all still very confused on the 4 door your talking about that sold on ebay aswell.0

I was a bidder but was lax in watching the end of auction date. I thought I had time to rebid...Went to a Hudson meet down in SW Florida (no internet service) and just got back Monday afternoon to see it didn't sell.. Dang! Maybe he had an off line buyer?. Guess I didn't take it serious enough?.. The truth is... It took all weekend to convince Joan that we needed it! LOL0

Dave: The 51 Hornet Convertible is indeed a very nice car. The seller is a really great Hudson guy too!0
-
A guy in Australia is buying the 51 Hudson convertible at the reserve (59,900)0
-
That's more like it. if a sedan is worth 40 large then this is cheap enough for a convertible.0
-
Kdancy, do you know who in Australia bought the 51 Hudson cvt, love to get them in the club if not already.

Huddy42-- No, I didn't find out the persons name. PM me and I will send you the sellers contact info--0

The seller would rather wait on announcing the new owner's name until final payment has been received. Selling to Aus. from here takes a little longer to work the red tape.0
