Stepdown floor pan sealing
I am nearing the time to instal the centre floor pan (covers the drive train) on the Pacemaker and my query is what if anything is needed to seal this. It is fastened with self tapping screws by the looks of it. For sealing the moisture etc out, is there a proper rubber used, is a sealant applied with a calking gun or is nothing needed?
Thanks for your guidance

Are you talking about the transmission cover on a manual transmission car? If so, go to any auto supply that sells body work materials and buy a package of "Strip Caulk". The stuff I have is made by 3M and I purchased at my local NAPA.0
