Car auction

Attended a auction yesterday were 2 -51 Hudson Hornet convertables and a57 and 58 Ford retractable were sold. All were in very good condition. The Hudsons sold for about 33 percent more than the Fords. This is in Ford and Gov. Motors Country. One local HET member made the comment"I guess Doc Hudson didnt hurt us very Much" LOL

Well, they are holding their on but not really going up in value in this economy. It would take much more then that to do a real restoration on one in decent shape. That 52 Hollywood looked like a really nice car.0
