54 Hornet won't turn over
Our 54 Hornet won't turn over because there is no power going to the solonoid. I tested for power and there is power at the coil with key on. When key is turned to start no power at solinoid. does the power go through the safty backup light switch for power to solonoid.

If auto-matic, neutral safety switch must be in correct position, other wise it stops engine from starting in drive. You must adjust it for neutral. Walt0

When I turn the ignition key on I have no power at the neutral safety switch.Where does the power come from. Any body have a wiring diagram for a hydra matic with backup lights that shows the wiring harness for this aplication. Please email me a copy . Ray0
