Another serial number thread, serie 92, 1939.
Hello!
I am starting to make some research for my -39' s history now.
What i have heard it should have been assembled in the swedish hudson "factory" in Malmö, where they assembled the cars for the swedish market. I there some way to notice these details in serial numbers, and if anyone could help mer with more info about the car, based from serial number? Is there any good way to see if tha car had any options installed from the factory? It would be fun to know wich parts of my car has been in the car from the start, and wich parts may have been put in later.

Unfortunately, at the moment we have no break-down data for pre-1946 cars as we have for 1946-1954. So we can't really tell much from a 1939 Serial number. Only that they started at 9x-101 thru 9x-54002 (I used an x in place of the model number (ie, 90, 91, 92 etc)
Motor numbers were the same in 1939 and future years.
