O/D Kickdown Switch ???

No click, it connects one pair of terminals in the released position and the other pair in the depressed position, it does not 'click'. You can check it with a powered test lamp.0

The Overdrive section of the Mechanical Procedures Manual has a piece on troubleshooting and the bit on testing the kick-down switch is very useful - speaking from experience last month!

Thank you! I own the manual. I just happened to have the floor pane out to put on the heat shield and pushed the switch a few times.
Now that I have the floor back in, I will move on to reconnecting the O/D completely.
I still need to figure out the bullet tip wire end on the Governor (what is the little screw size, #4-32 TPI ???) and get the Relay hooked up.0 -
