Wire Snake to/from Trunk

Is there anything in the interior roof that would block an electricians wire snake from the trunk to the dash? Trying to look at a winter project of running new & more wires to the trunk (turn signals not using brake lights, trunk A/C, package deck speakers) and I really don't want to remove the headliner if I do not have to do it.

I would run them under the carpet. That's what i have done.
  • You will have to remove the headliner and the left windshield as that is where the wires are routed and held in place by metal locking pieces. Big job, do the under carpet and seat route. Walt.

Actually Hudson instructions for putting in turn signals is to run from the trunk, through drivers side rear fender and under the sill plates in the doors all the way through to the firewall through the trough that exists there. I would think that the bows for the headliner would be in your way if you try to use the roof route!
