I've had more than a few Hudsons.. The most pleasurable driving ones were a couple of 53 Super Wasps with HydraMatics. Have no idea why they were so nice.. just "felt right".. have fun!!

the drive had a couple of glitzs. 1} we didnt have any brakes only back up of emergcy set up. back to garage and found the master cyl was not set up ok now. 2} speedometer did nt work simple hook up cable and off we went. 3} after 50 miles of touring the country side stopped to visit a freind and she boiled over, this was after stopping motor. cant figure this out as she worked good up to this point. got her back to garage opened drain and found bit of crap. is rad plugged, themostat gone bad. have cleaned rad flushing and shaking it . but could it still be plugged?
will tackle it again on weekend hate to have to remove rad. any ideas would be helpful

Beautiful car - sounds like a few Gremlins lurking in the works, but eventually you'll chase them away and have miles and miles and hours and hours of fun driving.
