31 Essex?

I was putting back together the drums and backing plate on the 31 Essex and starting to tighten down the nuts and PING!!! When I pulled off the nuts I used and torque wrench and they were on at 25lbs. I thought when I put it back together 25lbs would be the magic number. Not only do I have a couple of stripped bolts I can't get out yet, I have no idea when to find this kind of bolt. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ~X(

    I'm not sure about those bolts, but I have a complete set of axles I could pull some parts from if you get in a pinch.

    Thanks! I'm on the hunt for bolts, I just might take you up on your offer if I don't have any luck.
