I have. I'll post some pictures a little later. Cut mine on a CNC. However, you can't see 'em under the stock manifolds. They seal like a champ though.

These are right after being cut. I then hit them with the sand blaster to give them a cast look.
  • Beautiful! Simply beautiful. Would you be interested In making more? If so what would you ask price wise. You just made my day lol

I'll see about working out a price for the simple cover. May take a little bit.
  • No worries. Keep me posted.
  • I could go for a set of those for my 308. Keep me posted as well....
  • I seem to remember a thread on those several years ago- lots of interest until the price was mentioned- around $600, IIRC- things got real quiet all of a sudden. . .
  • Yeah, the HUDSON cover required about 4 hours of machine time. The simple covers are much quicker to cut. They shouldn't be as expensive, we shall see.
  • Any update?
  • Not yet, going to see about it getting them cast instead of cut.
  • out curiosity, Why?
  • I'm building a period correct with a twist 308. I have a edmunds 2x2 intake, and edmunds finned aluminum head, a vintage mallory dual point distributor, moon oil can, snd other goodies So I'd like these for the looks aspect of it
  • Grim greaser did you ever figure out a casting deal?
