    Looks like a 51 Hornet to me........

    what got me a thinking it was a 52, was the hood (it looked like the ornament was further forward) and the side trim looked like it was changed from a different model. I googled a 51' Hornet and it is one.
    51's have the rocket behind the front wheel right? 52's and 53's have it in front on the front wheel?

    Yes it's a 51 Hornet, has a 308. About the only difference between the Commodore and a Hornet was the badges and the 308 Vs 262.

    Looking at the pictures I say it is a 51 because the interior shot shows the starter push button on the left of the steering wheel, didn't the 52 models go to the key start switch??
