First test drive

Lee took my '52 hornet for the first test drive. He said it handles great! ha ha.

    The rest of the car is here but mostly disassembled. The restoration progress has been a bit slow.

    Ohh and yes, very easy on the gas. Haven't had to refuel yet, but the shoes are wearing out fast, ha ha!

    I'll post more photos soon. The car is a true rust bucket. I opened the passanger door today and it fell off :-/. Yes, it fell off. Both hinges rusted through and both broke. The door was hanging from the door stop lever which is now bent out of shape. I am trully only doing this for the love of hudsons.

    Actually, here is a photo I took with my cell. There is a lot of rust to remove and rust holes to patch.
