46 truck vin location

my question is, is the frame stamped any where, or, is the brass tag on the door post the only location?
There used to be a guy selling blank brass tags, are they still avaidable?

    Besides the tag there is a vin number stamped on top of the right rear axle toob near the spring. There was a recent post about vin # location on the right frame ahead of the cowl. I have not found that one on my truck.

    The original ID tag in the door frame was aluminum and the club store sells new blank ones,

    I have one of the aluminum door frame tags from my 46 Commodore stamped with a VIN number on it already if you want it, I have no use for it.
