39 La Salle
I know this is not the right forum, but I get no response on the GM site. Maybe one of us Hudson guys would be interested in another orphan (of sorts). Here's a copy of my GM forum message:
While driving the back roads near my home in east Tennessee I came across a 39 La Salle sedan with a for sale sign. The car looks complete and in good condition (restorable). No obvious rust, only one side window cracked, other glass good. I noticed a missing headlight rim, but everything else appears to be there. All trim complete, and body straight. I am a Hudson guy, and have my hands full, but hate to see a nice car go away. If anyone is interested, I'll try to get more info on the car or put you in touch with the seller. The car is about 60 miles east of Knoxville. Let me know.

Might I suggest you go over to the AACA on-line forum, and post that 'find'?
One AACA forum would be the for-sale forum: http://forums.aaca.org/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=UBB6
Another would be the Cadillac-LaSalle forum, http://forums.aaca.org/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=Cadillac .
You have to register over there in order to post things, but it's no big deal.0 -
Hmmmmmmm. Any idea what the owner is looking for $$-wise?0

I stopped by to check, no one home. Sign in window says $3500. Like I said, the car seems complete and solid except for surface rust. I don't know anything about Cad/LaSalle, so can't evaluate the price.0

The Old Cars Price Guide gives $4800 for a #4 car and $2880 for a #5 car. These prices are for a four door sedan.0
