Best I can tell the the three expansion plug holes on the side of my 308 block are 2" and the one at rear of the block is a 1" hole. looking online for plugs I can't find 1 or 2" plugs listed. Am I wrong on the plug sizes needed? Dorman part number? I got the cam plug from Dale Cooper a while back and he suggested the other plugs could be bought anywhere.

Tim,
I posted another picture on the HET Forum. This one shows the bottom side of the intake with all the passages exposed.
On the subject of freeze plugs. I have found that I have better luck finding them at an automotive machine shop. Much easier than telling the clerk it's a Hudson and having to tell him who made it! LOL0
