window channels/felts/ 48 convertible

can anyone direct me to a source for window channel/window felt and other window related items? I have a friend building a 48 convertible and cannot seem to be able to find anything for window related items.



Is there anything like a WINDOW GLASS CHANNEL KIT?

    I was able to get everything for my 49 sedan either thru K-Gap (quarter window seals and window setting channel-this is on the bottom edge of the door glass) or J.C. Whitney (window channels and felts). I epoxied my felts on, which worked great. I've heard of some people riveting or mechanically fastening them like the original staples did. Good Luck
