37 Terraplane boot lid

I have a pregnant hump boot lid on the back of my car. Im looking for a photo or details how they were made and finished on the inside. Mine had body tar sprayed over the inside but I see there are metal tabs around 3 sides and suspect that originally there was a upholstered panel on the inside. Appreciate all help. Thanks, Barry

    Yes its a Ruskin Body, but I believe the boot lid would have been pressed and made in the USA. The metal tabs are there for a reason.
