Looking for a brake part

Hi all
Looking for the brake tee that feeds the fluid to the lines from the master cylinder.
1940 Hudson car /truck should be the same 6 cylinder swb Thanks Charles

  Bolt on has two sizes holes M/c hole larger then the other three
  Call a frame Tee on all models of 1940 # is BZ156140
