    Thanks for sharing your story. It is amazing for someone to keep a car for so long, even more amazing is finding the photo taken almost 44 years ago on someones link after all these years.

    I wonder if anyone else recognizes a car they still own or had at one time?

    LEE I KNOW IT'S THE WEEK END I GOT THE CAR IT DID NOT HAVE A HOOD ORNAMENT I PUT ONE ON IT THE NEXT WEEK END SO THIS WAS AROUND MID JUNE 1971 THIS PHOTO REALLY TAKES ME BACK IT'S IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE I GREW UP IN THAT WAS MY MOM AND DADS HOUSE AFTER MY MOM PASSED AWAY STEFI AND I BOUGHT THE OLD HOUSE AND DID A MAJOR REDO OF THE HOUSE ADDING 2 BIG GARAGES ONE 40 X 40 UP STAIRS ( GROUND LEVE) AND ONE 58 X 40 DOWN STAIRS WITH 2 DRIVE WAYS AND THEN 4 NEW ROOMS ON THE HOUSE ALSO I HAD NOT SEEN THE WAY THE HOUSE LOOK LIKE BEFORE IN 17 YEARS ( THAT IS WHEN WE DID THE REDO ON THE HOUSE ) THANKS FOR THE PHOTOS ;-)

    The black '33 ET8 convertible coupe pic is my old car and was taken by me in front of my garage in Fullerton, CA around 1991 or 92.
    The '34 Terraplane tan tourer photo was formerly my car but at the time of the photo belonged to Jim Fritts. I took the photo in Chris Davis' storage building in Illinois perhaps 9-10 years ago.
