Rear axle nut tightening?

I put the rear drums back on '37 Terraplane and need to put the axle nuts on. What is the torque on them. I hope not good-n-tight. Thanks, Arnie in Nevada.

Hudsonrules - The pro. manual says 100 to 150 ft. lbs. A torque sheet (at the back of another manual) says 125 to 200 ft. lbs. I would go to 125 ft. lbs. then tighten till the cotter pin hole lines up. Norm0

Yes it was at the San Jose Western Regional. I am unable to pst pictures on this computor, but perhaps my lap top. I plan on taking it to the Western Regional Meet in Henderson Nevads { south of Las Vegas} in April 2014.0
