    I live in Salt Lake City and have no long distance calling so I snail mailed my order based on prices on website and sent a check - worked fine; bit slow is all. This may not work if you
    are ordering some special item or need to know availability. I am guessing "Big Pond" is out of the country. Gert Kristiansen.
