1947 pick up parts

Im in the process of restoring a 1947 pickup and in need alot of parts and sheet metal. Does any one know of a suplier who sells parts for this truck

    Hey Piggy, You'll be better off to find parts from a car, which is identical from the cab forward. The truck frame is 7 inches longer so use bar stock to extend the brake cables. The truck brakes are 11 inch dia, borrowed from the Commadore 8.



    If you're not in the HET club yet, suggest you join for $25/yr as there are lots of parts advertized in the club magazine as well as junk yards etc. Also a roster of Hudson people near you. Most of us have parts stashes. Go to home page, ie http://www.hudsonclub.org to join and link to other Hudson pages.
