HydraMatic Shifter Parts Needed

Here are the pictures of the parts I have. I also ordered the reproduction  indicator needle and plastic lens. I think there is a cover or plate that goes on the back side. Also a check ball and spring. Something has to hold it together.. screws? Pivot pin? I do have the two large screws that clamp it to the column. As you can see.. it's not for show but needs to be functional.
