Who makes door hinges for 1951 4dr. stepdown hudson hornet

    Nobody. But there are some used ones available.

    If you have lathe access and the abilities, you can make new pins from old valves. This works for all locations, except the top pin on the front doors. That pin is already larger than the valves, so you have to buy a hardened pin for that location. It makes a huge difference in the 'closeability' of the doors when these hinges are tightened up.

    I had a set made for my 40 coupe by a local machine shop, using what was left of the originals for a pattern.  I think he charged me $75 for the set.  I use grade 8 bolts for pins.
