    Niels,

I bought the car in Battle Mountain, Nevada. It is a cream puff, no rust, never hit, complete interior, 3spd w/od, in excellent condition, a real sleeper. It had thrown a rod, but found a short block at Lester's in Gardnerville. Should have complete restoration less interior done by May. About 50% done at present. A great buy.

  • Glad there will be another Hudson saved! Niels
  • Rustjunkey, are you from Carson-Reno-Tahoe? You mentioned Lester's in Gardnerville. I didn't know they were still around!

Lester Harris still has around 5, 308 blocks, 1, 202 Jet block, numerous crankshafts (I Know, I sold them to him) Plus 2 Wherehouses full of parts, mostly engine and chassis parts for almost any make and year of old car. Lester's phone number is (775) 267-2559 We are neighbors!
  • I think I have seen some of you say you ride Harleys ?? I will be at the Laughlin Nevada River Run in April at the Colorado Belle if you are going to be there Lets have a Beer or 2. Thanks Ron

I have been in South Lake Tahoe for the past 35 years and using Lester as a parts source for years. He is alive, well, and over worked, but he's still the best for any early or vintage parts. He's supplying the short block and other necessary parts for the 52 Hornet restoration. It's a real convenience to live close.
