Looks like one sweet ride! The proportions are perfect in my humble opinion. Looks to me to have started life as a Super with Commodore upgrades unless he changed the deck lid latch to a Super. I have fond rememberances of riding in my Dad's Metallic green 51 Super Six Brougham with OD. He bought it in late 51 after the 42's came out. Bought it in Selma Alabama and sold a couple years later in Raleigh NC. Traded for a Buick Roadmaster,UGH.

He's made some really neat changes. Twin H badge looks good on front fender. Anyone know what the gizmo at the top of the windshield divider? Walt

Thanks to all for the Good Things on the Super-6.

It was a CHICKEN-COUP when I found It 41 Years back and the Chickens had, Well, you know what the inside was like + Corn Stalks were trying to push the roof top up a bit, but It was Rust-Free. We raced it for 9 years in order to get the smell and the GUANOOOO to shake loose, and had to wear a small Gas-Mask at times. ( work car for 10 years )

I removed the Factory Installed Sun Visor last year to see how it would handle on the cross country trips that we make, and boy, what a diff. at 75-80 M.PH. it is very stable even with some of the High Head Winds.( the center bracket was left on and a mud-flap light was used to fill the bolt holes)

Had lots of Hudsons since 1955 but this is the Best one and now with close to 500.000 miles and 3-engine trans-plants it drives as good as new. ( racing got the best of the other two )

Hudsonly to all of the best Hudson owners in the world.

    Rudy B.

Bill, We hope to make the June-4 Races this year and hope to bring RON with us , he speaks about you and he misses seeing you and your Hot-Hudsons. We are just coming out to see you and some of the others that we have not seen in awhile.

Lets see a 7X Pacemaker run away from them.

See you this summer. Hudsonly Pal-Rudy.

They are MAGNUM-500 --15X7 inch. JEGS has them on page 249-h. 1-800-345 4545 I also have a set of the TORQUR-THRUST-D -15x6 inch, both of the styles look SUPER - GOOD on any HUDSON.

    Thanks Kitc. Rudy.
  • Thanks Rudy! ! !
