I need a working speedo for a 46/47. I am working on a 46 big boy. My speedo seems to work when I run it with a drill, but the odometer needs attention. Any input would be appreciated.

    Any of the major speedometer shops can go through that speedo, including the odometer.  Note:  Be sure the shop knows and understands that Hudson calibrated their speedos in those years at 2000 shaft rpm for 60 mph.  (Everyone else was using 1000 shaft rpm at 60 mph).  If the person you talk to doesn't believe you, ask them to check around for confirmation.
