JET WINDOW GLASS

Can anyone give me advice on how to remove the glass from the rear door window on a jet? I have taken off the handles and the upholstery and am now stuck on what to do next. Does the vent window have to come out? Somebody put a beebee shot into the glass.

    A hammer roll the glass down to you see two screws holding the lower glass fram take the out bring the works down by winding the handle hold the glass with the other hand drop one side of the glass towards the bottom of the foor get it side ways and pull it up put back in reverse order worked on the 40
