CONCORD, N.C. -- “Cars,†the latest animated offering from Disney and Pixar, will have its world premiere May 26 at Lowe's Motor Speedway, two nights before the Coca-Cola 600.
Studio and track officials are planning a Hollywood-style, red-carpet event for up to 35,000 people. The film will be shown in Turn 2 of the speedway, projected onto four screens that are 50 feet tall and 115 feet wide.

Of course they will seduce us early for trying to get out mits on the merchandise..... cars are 1:55 scale and 1:24 scale.
