Carb rebuild kit?

I have a 54 Hornet with a 2115s carb on it... the car hesitates when accelerating from a stop, so I thought maybe the carb needs to be rebuilt?  I have no idea when the last time this was done...

My question is, is there a "go-to" place to get a quality rebuild kit?  I found a few places online, but don't know how reputable they are... Thanks.
