Issues with renewing HET membership on HET site

every time I click to make payment, I get this message-

Your browser session has expired and we are unable to complete your form submission. We have returned you to the initial step so you can complete and resubmit the form. If you experience continued difficulties, please contact us for assistance.

    As a starter try clearing your browser cache as the membership application undergoes regular updates and it's possible that you have an old cookie lying around that it can't cope with.

    If that doesn't help then send an email to HETmembership@hetclub.org (drop the HET course) and Aaron will be able to help you. 


  • if you clear cache, won't you have to sign in to any site that you have selected automatic sign in?
  • Good point Richard; make sure that you un-check the "Password" option (if checked)
  • I kept trying and finally succeeded in renewing.
