albright award

i requested paperwork for the award this year. what i received was  two pages of rules, a application which is two pages, a verification by second person form,and a verification of third person form. seems like overkill for a car club award. on the application form it states above where you sign it :I AFFIRM UNDER PENALTIES FOR PERJURY THAT THE ABOVE FOREGOING REPRESENTATION OF FACT ARE TRUE.  wow   ITS A CAR CLUB NOT A LEGAL  PROCESS,  whats next you will need a letter from the pope that your telling the truth about  your hudson!  what happened to trust?
