That is a PAM clock. Not a fake clock. They are valuable to collectors. Likely there are two light bulb holders in the back or a small light of another sort. As it stands it's likely worth about two hundred to a collector. There should be a tag on the back indicating it's manufacture and being made I believe in New Rochelle, New York. I believe they are now being revived as a company again . These were the alternative to the more expensive Hudson neon clock. PAM made clocks from the late 1930's to about 1970 or so. Not many of these left.0
