Flow Through ventilation
Just a for my information question: Can anyone tell me according to the factory explanantion how flow-through ventilation worked on '46-'47 Hudsons I was wondering about this...and about the hole in the floorpan (under the back seat for this feature on my sedan.
How am I supposed to know if it is doing what it's supposed to ?

Hi Aaron,---As air rushes into the vehicle from forward motion through an open window, it has to have a way to exit in order to keep pressure equal inside the car & not restrict the flow through the open window. That is the reason for the covered hole in the floor under the rear seat & the cloth cover keeps out the dust & dirt from outside entering. Cliff Minard.0
