carb synchronizer

Has anyone used the dial type carb synchonizer sold by JC Whitney? Just wondering if these are of help in balancing dual carbs on Hudsons.

    Dave I To Have One From Jcw And It Does A Good Job The Best Way I've Found To Use It Is Take The Carb Linkage Off At The Carb And Adjust Each Carb Then Hook Up The Linkage One At A Time Adjusting Each Linkage So It Does Not Affect The Carb At All
