Paint questions

I am going to be starting a new project over the winter/spring.  I have a 53 Hornet sedan that I was planning to paint in southern blue.  I started looking up paint chip colors and it appears bali blue might be the same color even though they have different paint code numbers.  Are they the same?

Next question is, have any of you used TCP acyrlic urethane paint?  I am on a budget with this one.  The last one I used PPG concept but it is three times the price.  I would like to use a single stage if possible.

    Hunt down a NAPA store for their Acrylic Enamel. Single stage, old school,  paint + reducer (thinner) and a paint gun yer dun

    Nason has a good single stage with reducer and activator needed and reasonable price

    Beware EPA is cracking down on paints now in Md. You can only buy and use water borne paints now they stopped selling the good stuff  Had to paint the truck with spray cans
