Trim/ moulding

Looking to buy the two (painted same color as the car) mouldings/ trim pieces that are at the bottom of the quarter panels on a 51 Super 6. They are just above the silver rocker panel and about 1/2 " wide. Color doesn't matter as I will paint them black. Thanks. Richie

    Hi Richie, I've seen a few guys needing that trim . Having that need for my '52 a few years ago , I got side trim from a '64 ? ford fairline (wrecking yard) . Cut to length, scuffed and painted, replaced my trim.

    Thanks ajet, if I can't find them I might just check out the local salvage yards. Where there's a will, there's a way, good idea.

    I (think) Russ Maas @ 21st Century Hudson has those lower moldings reproduced at the bottom body line just above the Rocker Panel.
