49 Hudson Commodore power top and window fluid
Does any one know what kind of fluid to used for power top and windows? The Service Manual says to use brake fluid. Is modern dot3 brake fluid okay to use? Or is there something else that is better?

Yes to the ATF The old system did use brake fluid and a leak can make a mess of the rocker panels! Make sure you flush all the brake fluid out first.
