Looking for an Emergency Parking Brake cable for a 53 Hudson hornet, any NAPA, Rockauto or other options ? Or, how to repair the one I have... sorry for the bad pic

    Looks to me that you can wrap the wires together and silver solder that section. Should be strong enough. But if course that is UNLESS you can't find a new cable.

    Thanks Guys, I end up soldered the wire so it wouldn't fray then cut the bad part off, drilled out the ball then installed the ball over the cable and soldered then ends so the ball wouldn't move.... so far so good.
