Electric Hand Diaphragm

I am pretty sure my electric hand needs a new diaphragm as it just creeps over to the left & I can’t get it to go into 1st or reverse but it goes into 2nd & 3rd fine.   

With that said I saw Wildrick’s has diaphragms but lists two different sizes.  When I called Wildricks, Cole didn’t know which I needed.  So hopefully someone can help me out with this as it looks like there are two diaphragms per the procedural manual.   
This is on my 37 Hudson Coupe.

    Anyone know if the car takes two small, two large or one of each?  

    I asked Cole at Wildrick’s to ask Doug what it takes but haven’t heard back.
