Hudson OD wiring conversion to alternator

I am converting a 51 pacemaker over to a 6v alternator, thus eliminating the external inner fender mounted voltage regulator.
Can someone tell me where now to hook up the OD relay wire that goes from od relay #3 post to the generator regulator ARM post on the regulator?

    Just wanted to post this info for others converting to alternator.
    The od wire that originally ran from relay to ARM post on regulater, now runs to the battery post on starter solenoid.

    Yes, but it will only be activated when the governor supplies a ground circuit.

    The original wiring was to ensure that the overdrive would not engage if the generator stopped working.

    Other makes wire that wire to the Ignition switch so it activates the relay.
