Has anyone replaced the panhard bushings with urethane bushings?
If so, where did you get them?
If no one makes urethane, where can I get new rubber ones?

Metro rubber makes the standard bushings, part# BN7A. Shows that they can be bought from Rock Auto for $10.71 each I bought mine there a few years ago. Urethane I don't know. On Rock Auto it shows the dimensions as 13/4" O.D x 2" L x 7/8 I.D. maybe you can research a urethane bushing online by that.?0
