Wiper Cable Tensioner (53)

I am trying to repair a wiper cable tensioner(the one on the firewall).  It would be a simple task if I could get it apart. Is there a way of getting it apart without destroying it.   Thanks in advance.

    Actually there are no simple tasks on a Hudson. LOL    I have rebuilt a bunch of them so if you're trying to replace the wheel bushings ,you pretty much have to do some grinding of the rivet and then get a tack puller and pry off the retaining washer when the rivet is worn down enough. Hope this helps.
