I am making a special offer here.

1. General Information Handbook for Hudson Built Automobiles:

Nearly 300 pages of general data - serial numbers, body styles, accessory lists, component (starter, generator, fuel pumps, etc) and much more on ALL Hudson built cars. This is the result of 30 years of research and digging. Normally I offer this CD for $10.

2. 1949-1954 Hudson Service Merchandisers:

A complete set of this magazine that was issued by Hudson - crammed with all sorts of information for Hudson Step-downs. To buy these seperately, 60 issues, would cost you between $5 and $10 a copy. Normally I sell this CD for $15.

3. Hudson Information Bulletins:

In the 1970's then White Triangle News editor, Art Adams inserted these bulletins as a center fold in the Hudson club magazine, The White Triangle News. They cover a range of information from 1948-1954 Dual Headlight Relay, Proper clutch flushing, Cylinder Head Gaskets, and much, much more. Starting in 1994 I continued Art's efforts with bulletins I put together, a project I continued until 2005. Normally I would sell this set for $10.

Ok, Louise, here's the deal - I am offering all this wealth of information at a reduced price of $25!!! Order today and save $10!!!!!! Is this a deal or what???

I already have the Hudson Handbook, but just wanted to put in a recommendation on it. Being old-fashioned, I have the paper edition but it sits in my left desk drawer and comes out almost daily for consultation. Full of facts and figures by year, of Hudson, Essex and Terraplane. For instance, whenever someone needs help identifying their Hudson by its serial number, that stuff is there --- along with such things as car weights, model number of components like carbs, starters and generators, and a line-up of which body styles were available in which models. The Handbook is an outstanding addition to anyone's Hudson reference library!

I've also got the Jet Manual scanned and a PDF version of it on my website. Anyone interested can go to hudsonjet.net, click on Hudson Jet Manuals, then click on the picture of the manual. Below is a direct link...

Thanks for you comments - I try to do the best I can. I'm not all that happy with the quality of the Service Merchandisers, but about half of them came from someone else's scans. At least the text is pretty much ok - there isn't much that can be done about the resolution of the illustrations. If the original is of poor quality the result won't be as I'd like it to be. I figure I'm offering a service and I want it to be the best I can give.

If anyone is interested, I'm working on 1934 thru 1943 Hudson Service magazines - these were the equivilent to the Service Merchandisers. I'm not sure if I have a full set, I know some of the 1937 issues are missing. But I'll let everybody know when I get them done - I'm doing 1936 at the moment. Having to spend a couple hours a day bailing out my cellar has slowed things down a little - plus I do have to mow my lawn now and again, unless I buy a couple goats.

Again I thank everyone who ordered this set - and I can fill any orders as this material is now on CD's plus backed up on my older, non-on-line computer for safety.

    Hudsonly,

    Alex Burr
