Torque arms disassemble

Having a hard time removing the bolts from my 36 terraplane.  Any suggestions would help. The bolts on both ends are giving no let up and look seized. The bottom bolts that are connecting to the front axle are stuck and distaly, the castle nuts are off and can't get the bolt to slide out.

    Heat makes everything expand !

    The bolts on the frame end go through rubber grommets and the frame.
    I had to use a big C type clamp, like a ball joint clamp, and press them out.
