29 Hudson At Mecum Estate Auction

Mecum Auctions is auctioning this beautiful '29 Hudson on Monday, May 29 in Belvidere, Illinois. It is the estate of Joseph Tuzinski, and is selling with "no reserve." This is part of Mecum's 1,000 car auction...check the big red flyer that came with the June, 2006 issue of Hemmings Motor News. If you search Mecum's site under "Hudson," you will also see Burt Schwartz's very cool Hudson lead sled that is scheduled to sell at an upcoming auction. Dana Mecum is a friend of mine...this is one auction company you can trust. :cool:

    I was at the auction yeterday & looked over the 29' Hudson, It's nice looking car, & I plan on going to the auction on Monday when it's on the block.

    I really like Burt's car. Wonder how much it will go for? Wish I had some money! I would change some things (like air bagging it to lay on the ground), but, overall like the car.

    Car sold for $20k, part of the Tuzinski estate, 53 cars in all. I was there & spoke to the new owner who said he's never owned a Hudson before.

    Burt's car dosent' come up until a Mecum auction later this month...
