1950 Commodore upholstery scrap needed

I know this is a long shot, but by any chance does anyone have a scrap of blue/gray '50 Commodore rib cord upholstery? My seat finally developed a split and I am hoping to fix it. My upholstery guy thinks he can do it.

    My 50 has leather so I don't know exactly what it looks like, so can you post a picture of the cloth you are looking for. I have some blue gray cloth but not sure it is the same you are looking for

    Is '50 unique for that year only? I found some '51 that looks online close but seems to not have a blue rib, but that could be the way it looks online.

    I have some '51 upholstery left over from when I did my sedan several years ago. I purchased it new from SMS. It does have the blue rib. I will send you a PM- give me a call if you are interested.

    I want to thank everyone that has tried to help me find this fabric. I got a letter from SMS today, plus some other photos and apparently 1950 blue is unique to 1950. 1949 isn't a close match and 1951 ribcord blue has more of a brown than gray big stripe and the blue stripe is blue green. Unfortunately SMS has made the 1950 fabric, but has none in stock but will make it for me. I am calling Monday, but imagine the price is going to be pretty high. Does anyone else need this patter as it probably is cheaper with quantity.

    Be advised that if SMS doesn't have what you want in stock, and they have to make a run of it, it might be a year or more before they get around to it. Take any promise with a grain of salt. Try not to put money up front. They make great stuff, but they make it for thousands of cars and are not good with their scheduling.
